1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between the qquu online gaming platform and its users. By using the qquu website, mobile version, or any of its services, you are automatically considered to have fully agreed to these Terms.

3. Bonus and Promotion Terms

qquu offers various bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer has its own conditions, but the general rules below apply in all cases:

3.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,200 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,200. Depositing ৳26,000 earns the maximum ৳15,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳41,000.

3.2 Wagering Requirements

A specified amount must be wagered before the bonus can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not the deposit amount. Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 25 = a total of ৳30,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

3.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus may be used once only, unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred directly to another account.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously, unless specifically stated.
• qquu reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus.
• If fraudulent activity is detected on an account, bonuses may be forfeited.

4. Deposit and Withdrawal Rules

qquu provides secure and fast financial transaction facilities. The following payment methods are supported:

4.1 Withdrawal Process

After a withdrawal request is submitted, qquu completes a verification process. Approved withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. If a withdrawal request is declined, the balance will be returned to the account.

4.2 Financial Security

5. Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

6. VIP Program and Loyalty Rewards

qquu has a five-tier VIP program for loyal players. Through regular play, you can advance to higher tiers and enjoy greater benefits.

qquu may change the criteria and benefits for VIP tiers at its discretion. qquu's decision on this matter is final. If a player's fraudulent conduct is proven, VIP benefits may be revoked.

7. Intellectual Property and Use of Content

All content displayed on the qquu website and platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and other elements — is protected by intellectual property law and is the exclusive property of qquu.

• Reproducing, distributing, or modifying any content without qquu's written permission is prohibited.
• Content from game software providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, Ezugi, PG Soft, JILI, and others) is protected under their respective intellectual property rights.
